No gimmicks for the young UK neo-soul singer Elmiene, and based on the warm reception of a sold-out captive crowd at Atlanta’s Vinyl this past week – he will never need one.  The 22-year old Oxford-born and raised singer is on a roll with his sold out US dates wrapping up a well-received world tour.  All on the strength of only a couple of EP-releases to date.  When he sings about heartache and love with his smooth emotive falsetto – you believe every word.   And he’s a bit of a natural raconteur between songs too.
